Pair of Danish Midcentury Otto Schulz Style Floating Back Lounge Chairs

$5,800.00

Fantastic pair of Otto Schulz style his and hers lounge chairs made sometime in the 1930s-40s. Schulz was known for his floating back designs as seen here although the armrests design is more typical for Fritz Hansen whom we suspect are the maker of these chairs. The sturdy frame and armrests are all carved from solid oak and have acquired a beautiful honey golden patina over the decades. Both chairs have been re-upholstered at some later point with the wool fabric remaining in still usable condition. Overall very good condition. We do offer re-upholstery services at very affordable prices for these chairs and are able to re-upholster in lambs wool should you wish.
